Mercado Ciclista: ¡Astana quiere robarle al Burgos BH a uno de sus mejores ciclistas!

El Mercado Ciclista sigue imparable, y los equipos World Tour no le dan tregua a los Pro Team como un Burgos BH que está a punto de perder a uno de sus mejores corredores.
Aaron Gate es uno de los ciclistas más destacados del equipo español en el presente. A sus 33 años, esto no ha pasado desapercibido entre los conjuntos del World Tour que luchan por salvarse del descenso. Astana Qazaqstan Team, según señalan los compañeros de AS, ha puesto su punto de mira en el fichaje del neozelandés.
Gate viene de ganar la clasificación general de la Trans-Himalaya Cycling Race, quedando 2º en la clasificación de los puntos y en la de la montaña. Además, en abril se proclamó campeón contrarreloj de Oceanía, y fue 3º en la carrera en ruta. Antes, a principios de 2024, fue 4º en la general del Tour de Taiwán (y 2º en la clasificación de los puntos), y se proclamó campeón de Nueva Zelanda en la prueba de ciclismo en ruta, siendo 2º en la contrarreloj.
